The strength of HMS has always been in its specialisations. By repeatedly responding to new developments we have achieved steady growth, and have therefore gradually become an important player when it comes to contacting customers. We have also always been able to respond to market needs with new solutions and services, something we do using our multichannel approach and in line with the key points in our vision: small scale, quality and integration of channels.
In the future, we expect to be able to build on this. Despite all the developments in society, we have observed that telemarketing continues to be a measurable and effective marketing tool. For now, outbound projects therefore occupy the largest share of our customer portfolio. Our expectation is that the inbound share will continue to increase, and eventually surpass the outbound share. HMS continues to differentiate itself by focusing on quality and a commitment to long-term cooperation.
